The tHHS Insights platform is for use by Federal and State employees and any approved delegates, providing curated information that State Medicaid Agencies (SMA) can use to support their strategic planning efforts, APD development, procurement writing, and many other uses! 

Once validated as state employees or approved delegates, users will have access to features including:  US HHS Map detailed data,  State Profiles, Vendor Profile, Document Search, Upload Document and an Information ForumtHHS has collaborated with key stakeholders (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), MITRE, New England States Consortium Systems Organization (NESCSO), and pilot States (Colorado, Connecticut, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Vermont)) to support transforming your business needs into successful, meaningful, and measureable outcomes.   

US HHS Map will show the US Medicaid and HHS IT landscape according to the filters (Document TypeFunctional Area and Service) selected.  For approved users, hovering over a particular State will display the vendors involved and the # of artifacts associated with that vendor.  Selecting a State will provide deeper details of the State including:

  • Artifacts (Advance Planning Documents (APD), Request for Proposals (RFP), contracts, etc.)
  • Timeline view of the artifacts and applicable vendor
  • Contracts view of that State
  • Vendor view of that State 
  • Note:  In some cases, the vendor is known for a particular effort, but documentation may not be available at this time.
